Refund Policy – Pickly

At Pickly, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all Click & Collect orders—whether it’s same-day or a scheduled delivery. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before we begin pickup from the store. Once the order is picked up, no
cancellation or refund will be possible.

2. Delivery Timings
We offer both same-day and scheduled delivery based on your preferences and store availability. If there is a delay caused by us, you may be eligible for a full refund of the delivery fee.

3. Refunds for Failed Delivery
If we are unable to deliver your order due to our own fault, we will issue a full refund of the delivery fee within 5–7 business days. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

4. Non-Delivery of Items
Pickly is not responsible for item quality, missing products, or any issues related to the store’s packing. We simply collect and deliver what you’ve ordered. For such issues, please contact the store directly.

5. No Refund on Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after the order has been collected.
