What is Pickly?
Pickly is a simple delivery service in Hamilton that picks up your Click & Collect orders from stores and delivers them to your home.

Which stores can I use Pickly for?
You can use Pickly for any store that offers Click & Collect — like supermarkets, pharmacies, department stores, etc.

How do I place a delivery request?
Just fill out our order form on the website with your pickup details and delivery address. That’s it!

Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we operate all 7 days unless otherwise mentioned. Our current delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day. If there are any changes in future, we will update you accordingly.

When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver all orders on the same day, especially if they are placed before 7:30 PM and the store has marked them ready. If you mention a preferred delivery time in the form, we will do our best to deliver at or near that time. Once an order is picked up, it is not held for next-day delivery unless we inform you of an unexpected issue (e.g. store closure or unavailability).

Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?
Yes — simply mention your preferred delivery time in the order form.
We will do our best to deliver your order within that time window, depending on store readiness and traffic.

What is the last order time for takeaway or hot food?
We accept takeaway and hot food orders until 7:30 PM. These are always delivered the same day, usually within 30–60 minutes of pickup. If an order is placed after 7:30 PM, please check with us first to confirm availability.

How do you handle takeaway or hot food orders?
We treat hot food and takeaway orders as high-priority deliveries. Once ready, they are usually picked up and delivered within 30–60 minutes.

You don’t need to message us on WhatsApp or text, but if your order is time-sensitive or you’d like real-time updates, feel free to message us at +64 290 430 7510.

Do you provide urgent or express delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery for most orders — including urgent ones — as long as your pickup and delivery timing is mentioned clearly in the order form.
We aim to deliver as per your requested time. If any issue arises, we’ll inform you via email.

How will I be informed about my order and delivery?
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.
If there are any delivery updates or delays, we’ll notify you via email, and also WhatsApp or text if faster coordination is needed.

How much does the delivery cost?
Flat $10 for any order within urban Hamilton.
Outside urban Hamilton, extra charges may apply.

How do I pay?
All payments are made securely by card using Stripe at checkout. We do not accept manual bank transfers.

Can you collect my order even if it’s not prepaid?
We only collect Click & Collect orders that have been prepaid. Orders requiring payment at pickup are not accepted.

What if the store refuses to give the order?
If the store doesn’t release the order due to ID or payment issues, we’ll contact you immediately and try to resolve it. Otherwise, the delivery may be rescheduled.

What if I forgot to mention something in the form?
No problem! You can contact us anytime via phone or email after placing your request.

Can I cancel my request?
Yes, but please inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid inconvenience.

Do you deliver large or bulky items for $10?
No. We do not deliver oversized, bulky, or heavy items like furniture, appliances, or bulk grocery packs. Such items are strictly excluded from our service.
